The History of The CV Doctor goes back to 2013, when I started out writing CV’s, Cover Letters and LinkedIn profiles for clients across Southern Ireland under the name Pro CV. Over the next 3 years, I would work with Job seekers in a multitude of different industries, with a specific emphasis on the Pharma and Tech scenes in Dublin and Cork. Due to Ireland being the base of many Head Offices for Multinationals and International Tech companies, I got hands-on experience working with clients who were targeting roles with some of the world largest companies in the world including Facebook, Boston Scientific, Smurfit Kappa, Pfizer, Google, Apple PWC, Microsoft, and many other international companies. I also assisted many Entrepreneurs and Business leader that were part of the Dublin and London start-up and tech scenes. This gave me real life expertise on now the HR Department and Mangers operated and recruited for various roles.

The CV Doctor also gained unique insight and expertise into the international recruitment process, and CV/Resume Formats and Protocols that are required for each location. This is especially true when it comes to targeting companies in Sweden, where there can be varied formats, designs, and standards that work for each country.
